As a basis for the SIP Style oil pan original PIAGGIO oil pans are used. These are powder-coated in a complex procedure of high quality. Thereby the surface is very resistant and temperature resistant up to approx. 180°C. The screws of the oil pan should be tightened with 10 to maximum 14 Nm.

The screws for fixing the vario lid should be tightened with 11-13 Nm. The vario lid is delivered incl. bearing, the air baffle on the inside as well as the air filter and the rubber buffers for the cover have to be taken over from the old lid. powder coated black matt Mounting instruction: When mounting on the PIAGGIO LEADER 125-200cc engines the brass bushing PI431860 for the starter freewheel must still be mounted in the vario cover.
