For models that are equipped with ABS as standard on the rear wheel, changing to accessory rims has always been difficult, and there were often problems with the assembly of the rear tone wheel. With the screw kit SIP, these problems are a thing of the past. In no time at all, the rims of the "non-ABS" models such as B. SIP, ZELIONI or PIAGGIO rims can be mounted, the ABS tone wheel can be screwed to the special wheel nuts with internal thread. Possibly the ABS sensor can rub against the tone wheel, we supply two small M5 washers for this, these simply go to the screw between the ABS sensor and the swing arm.

Assembly instructions:

• Fix the rim with the five new wheel nuts (screws with hexagon head, internal thread) and the five M8 washers
• The ABS tone wheel is screwed to the internal thread of the wheel nuts with the five M5 Torx screws and the five M5 corrugated washers
• Now reassemble the swing arm
• According to PIAGGIO, the distance between the ABS sensor and the tone wheel should be at least 0.4mm. If the distance is smaller or if the tone wheel rubs on the sensor, one or two of the supplied M5 washers must be placed on the sensor fastening screw between the ABS sensor and swing arm to create sufficient distance to the tone wheel. ATTENTION: The distance should not be too great, otherwise no signal can be picked up.
