The rear luggage rack is bolted to the chassis at four points. For this purpose, the retaining bracket for the pillion passenger must be removed. However, in order to still provide a secure hold for the pillion rider, a retaining handle is integrated on the rear luggage carrier. The original cover for the screws can not be used anymore. An original PIAGGIO topcase can only be mounted on the luggage bridge, not on the rear luggage carrier. An original PIAGGIO top case or a universal one from the accessories can be mounted on the luggage bridge . For mounting an original Vespa TopCases the matching mounting kit is required.
