Original PIAGGIO vario covers serve as the basis for the SIP style variable cover . These are powder-coated to a high quality in a complex process. The surface is very durable and temperature resistant up to approx. 180°C. The screws for attaching the vario cover should be tightened with 11-13 Nm. The Vario cover is supplied with a bearing, the air baffle on the inside as well as the air filter and the rubber buffers for the cover must be taken over from the old cover.
