The SIP Style Vario cover is based on original PIAGGIO Vario covers. These are powder-coated to a high quality in an elaborate process. The surface is very resistant and temperature-resistant up to approx. 180°C. The screws for fastening the Vario cover should be tightened to 11-13 Nm. The vario cover is supplied without a bearing Bearing and Air baffle on the inside as well as the air filter and the rubber buffers for the cover must be taken over from the old cover.

Fitting instructions: When mounting on the PIAGGIO LEADER 125-200cc engines, the brass bushing PI431860 for the starter freewheel must still be mounted in the Vario cover.
