A small but extremely fine tuning part in the scooter area is the variator, as it is the heart of the drive of every automatic scooter. The installation of an optimized variator therefore not only determines the acceleration and torque, but also the smooth running of a vehicle. The must-have for all 2-/4-stroke pilots!  The ZELIONI Variomatik was specially developed for the weight and wheel size of the Vespa GTS/GT models. High-precision CNC production of the raceways with an exactly calculated pitch angle for optimal acceleration and maximum top speed. Vario counter pressure spring, different Vario weights and spacers are included.

Installation instructions: The ZELIONI Vario can only be installed with the included Vario rollers. (no Dr. Pulley etc. castors/gliders). The tension roller between the variator and the clutch can be omitted. The following set-up of the vario assembly is recommended:

for Vespa GTS250:

• 6x14gr rolls

for Vespa GTS300:

• 3x14gr, 3x16gr, for maximum acceleration
• 6x16gr, for long distances.
