for Vespa GTS Super/GTV/GT 60 250-300ccm / also fits for PIAGGIO Quasar 250-300ccm 4T LC

pulley by ZELIONI. The flank angle differs significantly from the original and ensures better acceleration and a performance-optimized drive with better power transmission. The modified fan blades reduce the temperature in the entire drive (Vario and clutch). This reduces wear on the V-belt.

Measured values at the same load/speed:

Original pulley: 70°
ZELIONI pulley: 59°

Installation instructions: When used in combination with the ZELIONI variator, only the standard installed PIAGGIO spacer between belt pulley and variator.

Important: Due to the changed flank angle, the belt pulley can only be installed in conjunction with the slightly shorter V-belt of the LEADER 125-200 engines (item no. P248052 / R163750660 / M6112854). Otherwise it rubs against the motor housing. We also recommend the ZELIONI variator (Item no. ZELVGT30).
